It's been a while since I did a shoot from the South Perth foreshore, and conditions on Saturday morning were perfect. Plenty of clouds, and very little breeze, the river was beautiful and still.
This first image was taken a 6am (7 images stitched), a half hour before sunrise.
Due to the cloud cover, there was little colour with the sunrise. I used the Lee Big Stopper to enable a 4 minute exposure, and love the calmness of the resulting image.
I have a few more images from the morning that I am still working on, and it shows that sometimes its worth returning to the old classic locations, they are postcard locations for a reason!
